This Guatemalan lot, Raíces (pronounced rah-EE-sus) is a special fusion of three smallholder farms in San Antonio Huista and San Pedro Necta in Huehuetenango, Guatemala.

A harmonized single-origin blend created from the source, we roast the blended green beans and let them shine on their own. 

It's a delicately sweet, tropical, buttery cup that highlights Guatemalan coffees decadent flavors.
