Our first-ever coffee from Asia, PAPUA NEW GUINEA A - ARKAU is bright and grounded at once, with notes of RED PLUM, HIBISCUS, and CACAO NIB. We roasted it medium to honor its natural sweetness and balance. 

 

Orchids, hibiscus, and fruit trees fill the air where this coffee grows. In the Highlands of Papua New Guinea, volcanic soil and mist create a lively terroir that shines through every cup. 

 

From our front yard at Ocean Beach, we look west across the Pacific and imagine this landscape beyond the horizon.
