Grown and harvested in the Guji region of Ethiopia by the Kanyon Moutain Farm, the freshly picked, high quality coffee beans are laid on raised beds to naturally dry for up to 20 days. Each bean is then hand-turned to ensure consistency and high quality standard the farm has set.
