Our newest Colombia single-origin is grown nestled deep in the remote community of Los Alpes in the Tablón de Gomez municipality of the Nariño region. The journey to the Familia Chincunque farm is a true trek – a flight to Bogota, a connection to Narińo, and a several hour off-road excursion across rugged, muddy roads.
The community's name, Spanish for "The Alps," is a nod to the dramatic topography of the region. The community farms are nestled at high altitudes of the mountainous range surrounded by towering peaks
