Our Costa Rica single-origin sourced from Caraigres Community Coffee is produced on the slopes of the Caraigres mountain in the Los Santos Region, also known as Terrazu. The region is rich in coffee culture and almost every family has a strong history in coffee. 

This coffee is carefully produced and harvested on various farms of small producers at an average altitude os 1750 masl. The coffee is delicately harvested by hand with only ripe cherries picked. It is then transferred the same day to be wash processed before finally laid to dry.
